SIRENIA BEACH HOUSE ~ Pick your beach! Sirenia Beach House is located between 2 beaches on a quiet dead end street with fabulous views of the waterfront. The deepwater canal is at your backdoor to enjoy fishing on the dock or boating. Our property hosts a new dock with direct access to Bimini Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Sirenia Beach House is also located directly beside Sirenia Cove (#3637877), our other 4 bed 3 bath vacation rental.
THE EXTERIOR ~ Skip the beach altogether and rejuvenate in your private resort-style backyard, reminiscent of a 5-star Caribbean resort. With a heated pool and hot tub, Tiki shelters, hammock, beach area with luxurious outdoor furniture and a putting green too! Watch the big game on our huge flat screen while you float in the pool! Dine al fresco next to the pool at our table for 8 for true outdoor island vacationing (new table not shown). Claim some alone time from one of the outdoor decks, where you can listen to palm trees sway, the fish jumping and watch for manatees and dolphins. Outside is where you should be living so we offer plush and luxurious seating areas on both the pool terrace and upper screened-in lanai.
We just added a sloped kayak launch to the backyard, making it easier to get into and out of a kayak or SUP board. The slope leads into the sandy bottom canal where you can easily hop into your kayak. Ask us where the best place to kayak to with kids. Bring your water shoes.
THE INTERIOR ~ Inside the beach house is resplendent with comfy furniture to curl up in while you watch the flat screen Smart T.V. or share in conversation in front of the candlelit fireplace. (Netflix)
The full-size kitchen with upgraded cabinetry and granite meets the needs of a large group with premiere cookware responding to your inner foodie. Stainless steel appliances are a pre-requisite for us. - Note: the dining table, chandelier, bar stools, and coffee table set have all been replaced with Restoration Hardware style wood furniture. We offer both Weber gas and charcoal B.B.Q. grills to meet the needs of your preference for either cooking options.
After a day of fun in the sunshine, spoil yourself with luxury in the bedrooms where you will find a flat-screen T.V. in every room, superior furniture, bedding, and linens will cocoon you each evening. The upper master bedroom is a truly private retreat, with a sitting room and balcony to enjoy the waterfront views. Spoil yourself in the master bathroom spa atmosphere complete with a separate shower and a huge soaking tub.
The second master outfitted with a luxurious king size bed and flat screen T.V. has its own private bathroom. This area can be completely shut off from the rest of the guests creating a retreat on its own. Great for two or more families.
Relax in the screened-in lanai which has been replaced with lovely navy blue cushions and rug. It's my fave spot to enjoy a morning coffee and evening glass of wine while watching the canal for manatees, jumping fish and even dolphins.
THE BEACH ~ Other than our own backyard beach, take an easy one block stroll to the Bay Beach and City Pier (1 block) or load up the beach wagon with our complimentary beach chairs, fluffy beach towels, umbrellas, cooler and more and head to the Gulf Beach 3 1/2 blocks away.
THE EXTRA LUXURIES ~ Grocery stocking is available upon request (extra fees apply) so there is no need to rush to the grocery store! Concierge services are also available to help make your stay especially carefree. Let us know if you have any special request, we are here to help you!

At Sirenia, we have tried to fulfill all of your needs while visiting the island. Forget your beach towels, pool toys and cooler. We offer all of the above and more. Just pack your bathing suit and let us do the rest!

For the security of the property and our guests we have an exterior camera on the home to monitor over-occupancy and maintenance teams.
Note: We have a cancellation policy that is as follows, you are renting from us and not this platform, no other policy applies other than the rental contract you will sign upon requesting a booking. If you have further questions about policies send us an inquiry and we will forward you the full terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- In the event of cancellation, deposit refunds are as follows:
- 75% refund of the deposit, if canceled 120 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
- 40% refund of the deposit, if canceled 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
- There is no refund less than 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
- *Additional banking fees may be charged for cancellations, depending on the method of payment
COVID POLICY
For all new reservations and bookings made after March 14, 2020
Reservations for stays made after March 14, 2020, will not be covered under our temporary extenuating circumstances cancellation policy.
Not covered include transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines; changes to applicable law; and other government mandates—like evacuation orders, border closures, prohibitions on short-term rentals, and shelter-in-place requirements. The AMI Home Rental cancellation policy will apply as usual.
Our extenuating circumstances policy was intended to protect guests and hosts from unforeseen circumstances that arise after booking. After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, the extenuating circumstances policy will no longer apply because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. Please remember to carefully review our cancellation policy when booking and consider choosing an option that provides flexibility.
